Vaulted — Privacy Policy
Last updated 10 September 2026
Vaulted is a Funko Pop collection app made by Stacklis. It has no account, no sign-in and no ads. Your shelf lives on your phone and is not uploaded anywhere.
What we collect
Nothing. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no crash reporter in the app. We do not know who you are and we cannot see what you own.
What stays on your device
- Your shelf, quantities, box numbers, prices and notes, in a database on the phone.
- The barcodes you teach it. This is the most valuable thing in the app and it is yours — no public source has it and we never see it.
- Photos you take of your own Pops, in the app’s private folder.
- The Funko catalogue you download inside the app.
- Backup files, written to a folder you choose. You decide where they go from there.
What leaves the device, and when
- Updating the catalogue. The app downloads a public data file of Funko product names. This is a download only — nothing about you is sent.
- That is the whole list. Scanning happens entirely on your phone: the camera reads the barcode on the device and the app looks it up in its own table. No picture is ever uploaded, and your own photos are never in a backup — the backup records where a photo is, not the photo.
Permissions
The camera permission is used to read a barcode, and only while you are on the scan screen. The app never records audio.
Children
Vaulted is not aimed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app removes the shelf database with it. Backup files you exported stay where you put them until you delete them. There is no server-side copy to request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
